Wahhh gwan! I’m Chef Necey. Born in Jamaica to my Chinese- Syrian mother and a Maroon father. Their cooking really set the bar for me; every meal was fantastic. I moved to Mississippi at the age of ((12-13)) where I’ve gotten the opportunity to perfect Jamaican- Soul cuisine. This is my expertise, the flavor fusion I am here to serve up to the world. I’d say my mission is to people on a culinary exploration. I want to create an experience for their palette, that’s what I crave. I am meant for this. I come from a line of amazing chefs and I am here to ensure that our name and our talent lives on. I’ve been giving my all to this gift, transforming it into a career for the last  2+ years and I plan to spend another 20+ years putting smiles on people’s faces through the amazinggg flavors I bring to life.
